  1. I’d be happy with any of these dips and salsas any time, not just for the Fourth! The cottage cheese recipe, in particular, is one I could put together readily from items on hand. Thanks for the recipes.

  2. I’ve never thought about putting jalapeno in my guacamole, but now I’m going to have to give it a try!

Thank you fro the recipes. I never made a dip using cottage cheese and mayonnaise, so that is the recipe I am most curious to try out. Fresh dips and salsas make such a difference at a gathering , especially since you can serve them with vegetables if you don;t want to use crackers, etc.

We seem to go through a rut when it comes to dips and salsas! I really like these. Most esp the recipe for the Garlic Vegetable Dip. It would even be good on some good bread.

  5. I’d like any of these. I’d put some fresh garlic in all three of them.

  6. I eat a lot of salsa. The ingredients are so inexpensive here in the local markets. It’s filling too and full of great nutrition.

  7. I love fresh salsa. I’ve never made it myself, but looks like I have a recipe and no excuse.

I love a good fresh salsa in the summer time. I like how you kept this one chunky, my fave! All three sound delicious and I will be trying them out myself. Thanks!
