A few days ago we celebrated the Princess’ 5th Birthday! Wow, I am feeling pretty old these days to have a grandchild who is 5 years old!!!
We had a great time at her Birthday party and had a lot of friends, family and kids there to help us celebrated her special day. Her party party was in a Disney “Frozen” theme, complete with a birthday cake, tons of food, outdoor games for the kids to play, a pinata filled with goodies and all kinds of fun things!
She had a great time opening up all of her Birthday gifts and received a LOT of “My Little Pony” items, Barbie and Disney Princesses which are all of her favorite things right now.
I wish I knew where all of these kids get their energy at because after 2 1/2 hours I was completely exhausted and ready to call it a day. But nope, those kids still had hours upon hours of energy still left in them.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy my “Almost” Wordless Wednesday post for this week. Happy 5th Birthday Gia!

% is such a wonderful age. Your Princess looks so happy . I am sure she had a wonderful time and is still enjoying all her new gifts.
What a big smile on her precious little face! It’s wonderful that you’re close enough to enjoy these occasions, as well as the quieter moments. Thanks for sharing.
She is just so precious and lovable! I can NOT tell you ladies how special that little girl is and I just adore her! I am enjoying being a grandmother and most of the time, I am enjoying it MORE than being a mother. I am so thankful that our daughter gave us this special gift…she is a gift!
Five’s great! Happy Birthday!!! I’m sure you celebrated with lots of smiles and sweets, laughter and love, hugs and cake! 🙂 I just came back from my grandkids in Florida. My grandson turned 8….actually birthday is today. It’s amazing how time flies! He’s grown so much, and the energy level is still 100 miles a minute nonstop until crash at bedtime for the next day. I’m glad she had a great time. His party was seeing the Spiderman movie, pizza, and an Oreo ice cream cake. The things that make kids happy.
Isn’t 5 a wonderful age?! The kids haven’t developed any affectations yet and still seem so innocent, yet are able to understand practically everything. Lucky you!
Happy Birthday to your little princess. Kids really let you know how fast time is passing.
Happy birthday to her she looks like she was having a lot of fun. I remember having a pinata at my birthday parties when I was a child I loved those and still remember the fun.
Happy Birthday! My twins are going to be 5 next month, how does the time pass so fast!
