With all of the stresses that we put them through in general life through exercise, uncomfortable shoes and just the stress of holding us up, our poor feet get the brunt of the tough work. Don’t they? My feet are not in the greatest shape. I am forever looking for THE shoe to wear and let me say, that is tough. I did find a USA made company that offers amazing support and comfort footwear and I was thrilled to be able to review a pair today.
Telic Footwear had an idea for affordable luxury comfort footwear and the Telic brand was born in 2012. The product line features flip flops, slides and z-straps all with an anatomical design made from a lightweight, elastic, resilient polymer compound. Completely made in the USA, these shoes feature thick, cushioned footbeds that comfort and treat your feet well! I was sent the Cranberry Flip Flop for review and I could not be happier.
The first thing I noticed when I received these shoes was the thick sole. Just looking at these, I knew they would be different than any shoes I had worn. The heel drops down a bit in the back for a nice comforting roll when you walk and the cushioning is amazing. The arch gives great support and the footbed is textured to prevent sliding when they get wet. Plus it is great for massaging your feet too.
My feet felt really great in these and when I first starting walking in them I was so excited! The bounce and cushion was unlike anything I had experienced before. It took a few walks around the house to get used to the bounce, and with some slight adjustment to my walk, I was raring to go.
I wore these out shopping at several large chain stores and my feet are usually done by the time I get through all of my monthly shopping. The comfort of these flip flops was awesome. My feet did not hurt at all. There was no rubbing or irritation from the shoes for me at all. I was so happy! PlLus they are easy to care for by wiping them off or even throwing them in the washer to clean them up.
I am also thrilled with the style and color choices that Telic offers. This means that I can get several different pair and be able to wear them anywhere. I especially need something comfy for work and I might be able to pull off some Black Z-straps at work!
