Drawing on the vivid memories of his worldly travels and his extensive back- ground in the beauty and design industries, Los Angeles- and London-based designer, Sean O’Mara, created Royal Apothic. From childhood days spent in the wonderment of a private Kensington garden to the elegant sophistication of high tea, each Royal Apothic fragrance conjures an emotional connection to the past. In early 2006, O’Mara found himself between two very successful, yet seemingly un-related careers.
A chance discovery at a Notting Hill bookshop became the link that tied together his worlds. Tucked high on a shelf in the antique stall, the centuries-old apothecary manual sparked an idea that spun into Royal Apothic. “I wanted to create a product so beautiful, you just have to leave it out on display,” O’Mara says. “And a formula so decadent you just have to use it.” With this goal at the heart of Royal Apothic, the brand establishes itself as the first cosmetic company for the home, providing products of beauty that truly perform.
Scrubbies Lip Scrubs gently exfoliates lips with natural sugars while Balmies Lip Balms provides long lasting moisture with a perfect blend of Argan and Sweet Almond Oil. Previously found at Anthropologie, Ulta and high-end boutiques Royal Apothic is pleased to announce The Perfect Lip Collection available exclusively at Costco Wholesale for $29.99. The perfect size for travel, tuck these tubes into your makeup bag or favorite clutch to ensure your pout is perfectly soft.
The set that I reviewed includes: four lip scrubs and four lip balms in fig, strawberry, macaroon, and earl grey. As women, we spend each day washing our face, but we often forget about our lips. Royal Apothic lip scrubs will remove all dead skin from your lips, leaving them nice and smooth. Use their lip balm to keep your lips moisturized throughout the day.
After using this product, my lips haven’t felt softer. These scrubs and balms are a great product to use. Invest in The Perfect Lip Collection. Keep a set for yourself and share the experiences with three other friends. This can be the perfect gift for those makeup lovers. You won’t regret the experience!

Love the story behind these! They sound wonderful and I like the idea of buying the set and being able to give some away! Good to keep on hand for last minute gifts too.
I SO love the look and sound of these! I have heard raves about the Royal Apoth hand creams but did not know they had lip products, and what a great price. I do sometimes wonder if our Costco membership is worth it, but now I am so glad we have it so I can try these!
The names almost seem too cute until you hear the background story. What a life journey he has lead to find such a decadent product. I really liked your review. I haven’t tried scrubs designed for lips before. I’ve done some exfoliating just with household techniques but love the idea of a scrub and balm for soft lips.
This collection looks beautiful in the photo. I think that with the carry case they would be great for traveling as well as in the home. I like the blend of Argan and Sweet Almond Oil and the different flavors of lip balms.
These are such a nice collection to have to keep my lips feeling nice and smooth. The tubes look so cute with the carry case and this is a great item to take traveling.
