Shelly ~ Well, I got a few goodies for Mother’s Day with a few of the companies that I work with. The great folks over at Purex sent me a card with a $5.00 GC to Amazon (one of our fav stores for buying home improvement stuff). The generous folks over at Fox Home Entertainment sent me a bath & body goodies set that I will surely enjoy. I am going to pack it and take it on vacation with us next month. Finally, a PR company that I do a lot of work for sent me a greeting card and a $25 Visa card for Mother’s Day. Yay!!!

I received a box of my favorite chocolate covered marzipan , $50 check from a contest I won, and Bio Freeze pain reliever with a $20 GC to buy more.
My mail brought winnings of the Todd Oliver: Funny Dog DVD, The Great Pepper Cookbook by Melissa’s, and a Veronica Mars Blu-ray disc that was posted as a DVD giveaway when I entered, lol. I only have a DVD player so maybe some day I’ll get to see it. Very grateful for my winnings nonetheless.

I can tell you that 80% of the DVDs you win off of blogs will most likely be blu-ray or a blu-ray combo pack. I know most of our sponsors switched over to those two formats except for the kiddie dvds.
Last Friday I got 2 dozen roses that I won. I kept two roses for myself and gave the others away to people in the swim class I teach and various friends. I also got 2 free Gortons coupons and a small cutting board.
