Love From Louie

If you have been around the TwoClassyChics blog, then I am sure you have met our mascot Louie. He is my husband’s dog mainly, unless it is breakfast time or time to go out. Then he is my dog. LOL But you know how it goes. The dog knows who feeds him and who he can count on to get a snack or two from. I am the former, my husband is the latter. He is terrible at sneaking treats to the dog during dinner.

Louie Looks of Love and Longing

This picture is his latest ploy to try and gain sympathy so something might fall from the table accidentally, on purpose for Louie. He will crawl up on the sofa and curl up so he can look right at us when we are eating. He plays up those big puppy dog, love sick eyes and I swear, he might even cry and sniff a bit too. My hubby falls for it all the time. Me? Not so much! Silly Dog, but we love him!

They are our babies and think we should spoil them constantly. If we are eating they should be too. Would they share…not that I want them to :)….No! Mine is sleeping with her head on a pillow at the moment. The life!

  2. Awww, what a sweet doggie face. I love the white tips on Louie’s ears–so cute!

Our dog Otis has my spouse trained to the point where Otis gets a treat every time he comes in. When my spouse is away and it’s just me and Otis (and the cats, of course), Otis gives me the eye when he comes in, but I don’t fall for it. At least, not very often. Those puppy-dog eyes are hard to resist, for sure.

This is a great photo of Louis and those big soulful puppy eyes. I can see why it might be difficult to resist the pleading in them. He really knows how to put on that “poor me” look.

I love the classic puppy eyes! My cat does this all the time to me and my husband, putting his head on my feet, rolling over purring and chirping saying, “Look at me. I’m cute. Don’t I deserve a cookie (or 10)? Pleeeeez? I love you! I’m staaaarrrving!” Or so I claim 🙂

  5. Oh Louie is so laid back. He looks full of personality and it would be hard to deny his food begging.

  6. I can tell that you never feed him because he looks so hungry in the picture. Ha!

Louie is beyond cute and he’s got that “poor me” look down pat. Our chiguagua is a master at doing the same thing for treats or a chip I swear she should give classes to other dogs. We gotta love em though they are family and they make being here so much more fun.
