2 Low-Calorie Cocktails for Mother’s Day

May 8, 2014 by Classystaff

Are you planning something special for your mom on Mother’s Day? Many families I know either take Mom out to a nice brunch or dinner to celebrate and give her time off from household duties. Many other families I know plan big celebrations and invite the entire family over for backyard BBQ’s or a picnic at the park. Jut right for your celebrations, here are two low calorie cocktails that are sure to please your guests and Mom too. These are light and refreshing and easy to prepare in just a minute so they are a perfect choice for the day.

The Cucumber Cocktail sounds so delicious to me. I think it would be refreshing and cucumbers are not expensive. I will have to try it.

Neither my mom or I drink and my dad rarely but he may enjoy the Vodka so I’ll save these recipes for Father’s Day!

Sounds delicious and refreshing! I’ll have to try these this summer under the shade of a palm tree!

They both sound wonderful and it would be nice to have a great cocktail and save some calories. Can’t handle both, and can’t make up my mind about which one I like the best!

I thought these were gong to be 2-calorie cocktails too! However, I am not disappointed as I love hte idea of the prosecco one (and I do love VOGA – did not know they had a prosecco). I’ll have to make this for my Mom!

The cucumber one sounds the best to me, not too fond of raspberries.

For a minute there, I thought this post was going to be about 2-calorie cocktails *sigh* I am tired. Anyhow, the Motherly Love one sounds like it will be quite tasty.
