Synopsis: The gigantic voice talents of Justin Long (Alvin and the Chipmunks franchise) and John Leguizamo (Ice Age franchise) take you on a thrilling prehistoric journey the whole family will enjoy! In a time when dinosaurs rule the Earth, the smallest of the pack — a playful Pachyrhinosaurus named Patchi — embarks on the biggest adventure of his life. As he tries to find his place in a spectacular world filled with fun-loving friends and a few dangerous foes, Patchi will discover the courage he needs to become the leader of the herd…and a hero for the ages.
Our Thoughts: There is something about dinosaurs that both kids and adults enjoy. Perhaps it because dinosaurs are from our past and we have never really seen them up close & personal. There is something mysterious, interesting and scary about them. Seeing them in museums and reading about them in books is totally different than seeing them on the big screen.
This movie is extremely well written and has a entertaining story line from start to finish. The dinosaurs look so real and when you see them you can almost feel them breathing on you…ALMOST! There is mystery, intrigue, adventure and fun! This movie has it all!
We sat down with all 5 of the kids and watched it with them. I thought it might be scary but it wasn’t and they loved it! It held their attention and even my hubby was glued to the screen watching it. A great addition to add to your video library!
