Fine French Chocolate From Paris Truffles

I love chocolate. I don’t mean I like it a lot. I really do love it, especially the fine chocolate where you just let it sit in your mouth and feel the rich, creamy, smooth texture. Oh Yeah! I love to give it as gifts to others as well as receive it too. And with Mother’s Day coming up quickly, I had the delightful job of experiencing some amazing chocolate I want to share with you today.
Fine French Chocolate From Paris Truffles
Paris Truffles is a brand new business that was born out of the love of French Chocolate. Dedicated to the same traditions that the French Chocolatiers use in Paris, these delicacies are sure to please. I was sent a beautiful selection of their chocolates to try out. I received 4 tasty items:

Mademoiselle Chocolate Hazelnut Truffle Gift Box
J’Aime Paris Dark Truffle Gift Box
Spicy Nut Bark
Simply Sea Salt Chocolate Covered Nuts

So how do you even start with a wonderful selection like this? Seeing how truffles are my favorite item, I had to start there with the J’Aime Paris Dark Truffle Gift Box. These round balls of chocolate are dusted in cocoa powder and come nestled in a sweet heart shaped box. They are rich and creamy, just like you would imagine and so delicious!

My next treat was the Hazelnut Truffle. Oh my goodness! These are so sweet with an artful transfer picture of Paris decorating the top. The chocolate was amazingly smooth and oh so dreamy. Just the lightest hint of hazelnut to flavor the chocolate adds to the overall taste. I love these!
Fine French Chocolate From Paris Truffles
The Spicy Nut Bark was a excellent treat as well! I was expecting “spicy” but what I got was a beautiful taste of creamy chocolate topped with a sprinkling of nuts with just the right amount of spice to enhance the flavors. This mixture of heat and sweet is a beautiful balance and perfect for those that love to experience a bit of spice in their foods. Really good!

Finally, the Simply Sea Salt Nuts. I love nuts and nuts in chocolate is a wonderful thing. Then add the bite of sea salt that you will find happiness rather quickly! These chocolate covered nuts are a tasty treat that you will find yourself reaching for over and over. Delicious!
