Hello! I learned that within 25 seconds of starting it the plate will cool to 50 degrees FH. Since I’m turning 51 tomorrow, this sounds like a wonderful product. Hot flashes are no fun. lol Thank-you!

Very informative site! I learned that for hot flashes, it’s best applied to above the tailbone before bed, the forehead, but ESPECIALLY to the base of the neck. Good to know!
Great that it’s such a handy size and cools so quickly! I could stick it in my purse and have relief whenever I need it!
