Hubby’s Thoughts: My husband is trying to lose some weight and he knows that he must eat healthy and drink healthy beverages to accomplish that. In addition, he was pretty sick several times over the winter and he has been looking for a good ready-to-drink antioxidant beverage. When asked if we would review the Vemma Renew, he jumped at the chance.

He really liked that this beverage is physician formulated and clinically studied. It isn’t just any old beverage out there sitting on the shelves. It is jam-packed with vitamins and minerals that your body needs to stay healthy.

Regarding the taste, you definitely want to drink it chilled…his preference is that he likes it poured into a glass full of ice. He said it tastes really good and doesn’t taste like a “health beverage” so you really don’t mind consuming them. He likes the portability of them and can keep them at home or take into his office.

Each 8.3 fl. oz. can is only 45 calories with 14g of carbs and 5g of sugars. It is a caffeine-free beverage and it is non-carbonated which he really appreciates as he has been trying to stay away from caffeine and soda pops.

He received 4 cans of the Vemma Renew and enjoyed one every day for 4 days. He likes drinking them late in the afternoon when he gets cravings and hungry before dinner. You can enjoy it any time of the day. I asked him if he would buy these beverages and he said…definitely YES.  Regarding their long-term effects, he can’t speak to that since he was only sampling them for 4 days.

You can head on over to the Vemma Nutrition Company’s web site to learn more about the company, this product and other products that they make.

Nice to see something caffeine free. Those energy drinks are dangerous I think. This is a much healthier option.

I love the idea that this drink supports collagen production. I am just starting to see some age-related sagging in my skin and would love to try anything that will boost it!

I really like that it isn’t carbonated or caffeinated. It is also good that a doctor formulated it and it has been clinically studied. I may go look for it to wee all the ingredients in it and then try it.

It’s nice to know that it has been studied and approved. You worry about that with things you are putting in your body. I like that it isn’t caffeinated and low in calories. Really important is that it has a normal, good taste. What does it taste like? Fruity? Nutty? Creamy?
