Sole Mates Heel Covers – Save Your Heels!

March 23, 2014 by Shelly

My daughter’s wedding is swiftly approaching and there is still a lot of things we need to do for her big day. Just a few weeks ago we finally purchased her wedding gown, veil and shoes. Since her wedding is being held outdoors at 6pm in the evening, we knew she would need some heel covers to protect her shoes! Often, brides overlook these things when they are planning an outdoor wedding or special celebration.

After browsing around online we found a wonderful store called GoodtoBeYou that sells handbags, jewelry, crystal tees, spa & skincare items, adorable apparel, aromatherapy products, wedding products and more! They have some of the cutest products I have seen in a very long time.

Sole Mates Heel Covers

The company sent my daughter the Sole Mates “Must-Have” Heel Covers to review for all of you. They come in several different colors (including silver and gold) and she received the clear. They come nicely packaged in a clear snap-closure pouch.

Product Features:

* Discreet
* Reusable
* Fits Most Heels
* Extends the Life of Your Shoes
* Great for use on: Grass, Sidewalks and Cobblestones

Sole Mates Heel Covers

My daughter doesn’t want her fiance to see her shoes for the wedding, so instead she planned a date-night for them to go out and she used the heel covers on her red spiky heel shoes. I sat there and watched her and all she did was slide them onto the heels. They didn’t slide off at all and when she took them off, they didn’t damage the shoes at all. How she walks around in those high of heels, I have no clue…I would break my neck for sure! LOL

Anyway, Jenelle and the Big E went out to dinner and then dancing. We had the honor of babysitting the princess as they went out on their date night. Once she returned, those heel covers were still on and firmly in place! She has now taken them off and put them back into the storage pouch as she is saving them for her wedding day in a few months.

    My daughter-in-law could have used these at the outdoor wedding, but we didn’t know about them This is a great idea for protecting skinny heels, but most of my heels are thicker and I don’t think they would cover them.

    Dancing…in those shoes! Wow! I can’t imagine even standing in them but good for her. Thanks for this review. I had often wondered how brides do it walking in the grass in those heels. We didn’t have these for my daughter-in-law’s wedding and we all would have benefited from these. Great to know for future use. I’m glad they stayed on and worked well without being noticed.

    I’ve never seen these; they’re a great idea. Not sure I have tiny heels like that since I’m more a wedge person and tall already. Good to know they worked for you.
