Refreshing [ yellow tail ] Wines

March 9, 2014 by Classystaff

I have reviewed some of the [yellow tail] wines in the past and have thoroughly enjoyed them so when I heard there was a few new varieties hopping around, you bet I was all about trying them out. I was sent a few of their tasty selections for review today.
Refreshing [yellow tail] Wines
[yellow tail] wines are made from Australian grapes and bottled in New South Wales for a traditional taste of the downunder. Every time I try a [yellow tail] wine, I thoroughly enjoy them so with 3 new types to try out, I knew I had my work cut out for me. I received their Sangria, Sweet White Roo and the newest addition, Pink Moscato. I had a hard time deciding which to try out first, so I went with the obvious, the Pink.

Pink Moscato has become one of my favorite go to wines for a refreshing option after dinner. The [yellow tail] is a delightful wine that is full of flavor and sweetness that will make your mouth sing. Okay, I am getting carried away, but seriously, this wine makes me smile! I love the fruity flavors and the little bit of fizz for a fun and tasteful treat. It is light enough to be served anytime.

The Sangria was my next choice and I was excited to try the [yellow tail] version of this flavorful wine. I was not disappointed with this custom blend of Pinot Grigio, Merlot and Chardonnay. I love the citrus and berry combination that is so full of flavor. It is a fun beverage to enjoy with friends over ice and fruit. Or if you rather, just a lovely wine over some ice. I enjoy throwing some 7-up in as well, just for some bubbly goodness.

Finally, I was sent the Sweet White Roo to check out. This was a fun blend of several grapes and juices that offer a beautiful sweet taste. It combines Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and a few others to create a unique flavor. I loved all of the flavor combinations. So Tasty! I love wines the are light and not over powering in any way and this is just right!

All of the [yellow tail] wines that I have had the pleasure of tasting have all been delightful. They are an affordable selection that you can easily find and they make a perfect sipping wine for get-togethers and parties. I would definitely buy any of these three again. So good! Thanks [yellow tail] for keeping it pure and simple!

Yellow Tail is like the Budweiser of wines. Cheap and not very tasty, but appealing to the masses somehow. In my opinion you can find plenty of other similarly-priced wines that are better.

These wines sound delightful and you obviously had a wonderful time trying out the wines. I shall look for Yellow Tail in the wine store the next rime I buy wines.

Pink Moscato is the first one I’d try. Then the white wine. I’m not a fan of Sangria.

My husband has been a Yellow Tail fan for years – always dependable and very good. I’ll have to track down these new varieties for him. The Sangria sounds great – and adding 7-Up is a rockin’ idea!

I’ve seen Yellow Tail in the stores, but I’ve never tried. I wasn’t really sure what to try. I just talked with a store owner recently and was told had good moscato was. A typical like by all, they said. Good to know that this brand has a good one to serve anytime.
