My husband comes from a very large Italian family so to say he is picky about pasta sauces would be an understatement. His mother immigrated to the U.S. when he was only 7 years old so he grew up eating only the best Italian foods.
Recently I discovered the Giovanni Food Company who makes premium quality pasta sauces. When I say “premium” I really mean it! These sauces taste authentic and like they were freshly made a few hours earlier. Frankly, they are the best jarred pasta sauces we have ever had!
We were sent 3 different sauces to try out for all of you and this was one foodie review my husband was really looking forward to.
First up is the Greenview Kitchen Organic Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce which we immediately fell in-love with! This is an organic pasta sauce that contains no GMO ingredients. It has the perfect blend of garlic, tomatoes and spices…just perfect! We used this sauce one evening when we made up a batch of spaghetti and meatballs. If you didn’t know any better, you would of thought that I had slaved all day long cooking up a homemade pasta sauce!
Next up is the Greenview Kitchen Organic Pizza Sauce which is a must-have if you want a truly great homemade pizza with that fresh Italian taste. It is the perfect blend of California tomatoes, onion, garlic and spices. I love the size of this jar (15.5 oz) which is enough to do 2 pizzas if you like just a little sauce or if you are like us and like a lot…lay it on! We loved this one!!!
Finally, the Greenview Kitchen Organic Traditional Bruschetta which is fantastic!!! It is made with organic California tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil and a unique blend of spices. We made some homemade bread sticks one night to go along with our lasagna and we heated up this Bruschetta sauce and used it as a dipping sauce for our bread sticks. It was delicious!!! (Sorry, I forgot to take a photo for this one).
We are really impressed with the quality of these premium pasta sauces from the Giovanni Food Company.

This is the first time I have heard of this brand. Your review makes the different sauces sound so good and the photos show delicious foods. I shall see if Whole Foods carries this brand.
I will have to try this. I am very picky as well and I always make my own sauce, but I will try the pizza sauce next time we make pizza and save myself some work.

Yum-oh! Normally I am a make-at-home sauce person, but there are the days when I just want to heat-and-eat and the grocery store sauces don’t cut it. I’d love to try these!
These sauces all looks so delicious! I love Homemade Pizza and would love to use the Greenview Kitchen Organic Pizza Sauce to make homemade pizza. Your pizza looked so delicious!
