My Thoughts: This cookbook is fantastic! If you love preparing a wide variety of chicken dishes for your family, it is a must-have! I seriously did not realize how many different ways you could prepare chicken until I received this book!

One of my favorite recipes from this cookbook is the Sesame Chicken Fingers with Honey Dip on page 83. It is super simple to prepare and my entire family loves it…even the almost 5 year old will eat this! Yay!!!

I am really enjoying having this cookbook in my collection and over the next few weeks I will be trying additional recipes from the book. Fantastic!
