The Bachelor Finale

March 11, 2014 by Shelly

crocusflowersGood morning everyone! The weather has been beautiful here in Pennsylvania for the past few days. Today, we will be near 58 degrees! Yay! With that said, it is all changing later this week when our highs will be in the 30’s. Sigh…I just don’t know what to say about this crapola weather anymore. Tired of it. I want sunshine and plenty of heat to go along with it!

Today’s Topic: How many of you watched The Bachelor finale last night? I am so happy that Clare didn’t end up with Juan Pablo. At first, I was glad he was the bachelor but as the season went along, I really grown to dislike him. He reminds me of a “player”. I certainly wouldn’t want to end up with a man who was locking lips and swapping spit with 8 other girls in one day. You can date other women but shameful to be making out with so many of them in a 24 hour period of time. I think it shows lack of respect. Clare can do better. My favorite on the show was Renee. I am not fond of Andie being the bachelorette for the next season. I am not sure why, but something about her rubs me the wrong way. Regarding Nicki the girl who did end up with him? I just don’t like her and I think she is a big FOOL! To sit there on live television and say that it doesn’t bother her that he hasn’t told her that he loves her is a bunch of BS. I wouldn’t want to be with a man who couldn’t/wouldn’t tell me those words. Disappointed with this season for sure!

    Congratulations to yesterday’s 2 winners.
I am glad that the weather warmed up and snow is melting although my front yard is still covered.
Although I didn’t watch the Bachelor finale I agree with you that if a man can’t say he is committed to me of=r that he loves me I wouldn’t want to be with him.

I was totally ranting about it on Twitter last night! I get not proposing to someone at the end of the show, that’s probably the more sensible thing really, but if you count the taping of the show and the time since it ended, they’ve known each other/been “dating” for about 6 months now, and he’s still not sure how he feels about her? Eep! I didn’t like Clare much through the show, but she did win some respect there towards the end.

Can’t say I’m excited for Andi, either.

I am definitely not excited about Andi. I am not sure why, but I feel they had better choices than her. I find her to be rather boring and at times snobbish. If I was Nikki, I would of gotten up and walked off the stage. If a man can’t tell me that he loves me 6 months later and is committed to me…bye bye. I really don’t think she loves him, I think she was just there to “win” and is very competitive. I was not a Nikki fan and don’t like how she treated the other girls in the house.

I didn’t watch but guess it was surprising and different. Living in Missouri, you can’t help but see it over and over again on tv. I guess, there were watching parties around, and people booed. Sounds like she just let him off the hook easy. Sorry you were disappointed. I hope better shows on for you tonight and next season.
