Today I would like to introduce you to the lighting company called Dorcy Direct who sells hundreds and hundreds of indoor and outdoor lighting products. My husband has been wanting a new spotlight for a long time. Well, the company sent us a complimentary spotlight for him to review. We received the item #41-1085 which is a 500 Lumens LED Waterproof Spotlight.

Spotlight Features:

According to my husband…this is the MACK DADDY of Spotlights! He got this spotlight a few weeks ago and has been using it for all kinds of things! He loves that there are 4 power settings and switching between them is quick & easy. He also appreciates that its waterproof since we get a lot of storms and snow around here.

A few nights ago he went outside at 11pm because he heard some noises. He took this spotlight with him to go investigate the problem. It was pitch black outside and there was no light, not even moonlight. After checking out the property he found that we had a possum and skunk doing battle near our backyard shed. He was really thankful that this spotlight on the high setting was super bright and he could see the ruckus from afar…otherwise he would of probably gotten too close & got sprayed!

A few weeks earlier we got hit by a 45 mph rain & wind storm. All kinds of things started blowing off our roof and hubby had to go outside at 4am in the morning to see what kind of damage was occurring. Through the heavy rain and using this spotlight he saw that one of our rain gutters was blown off and laying out in the front yard. Not only that, he spotted a large tree branch laying across our truck. He appreciates that this spotlight is waterproof because by the time he got back inside…he was drenched!

    I would really love to have the Dorcy Wireless Motion Ceiling Light, this would be so useful in my laundry room in our basement, I love motion sensor lights and having this one that would light up the area in my laundry room without having to search for the switch when I’m entering it would be so helpful, especially when I am in a hurry to run in and throw a load in the dryer and the lights are turned off plus the switch is across the room so entering it means its dark and hard to find the switch- this is an awesome product that would really be handy for me, I’d also find other places/rooms to put one of these motion ceiling lights.
