Good morning everyone! Today is February 20th which means Spring is exactly one month away!!! Yes, I am jumping for joy and super excited about that! This winter just can’t be over soon enough for me! At least there is no snow in our forecast for now and we will be hitting 52 degrees tomorrow. Wootwoot!!!
Today’s Question: For those of you who are steak eaters…do you prefer your steak to be done Rare, Medium or Well-Done? How do you like your steak prepared? Do you like them fried stove-top, baked or tossed onto a hot grill? Do you like them plain, with steak sauce or with ketchup?
I like my steaks medium done, prepared on a grill and I love ketchup on the side. I am not a fan of steak sauce but hubby loves his rare-medium and with the sauce on the side. We eat a lot of steaks, about twice a week here.

So many wayst o eat and savor steak. I have a mixture in my family. I love a good grilled rib eye lightly seasoned. My husband wants well done, heavy on the salt, and A1 sauce on it. Rare is how my son orders his. We always joked about him wanting it to pretty much come out mooing. My husband and son could have steak and potatoes every night while my daughter could never have steak and be fine. She had some health problems and has to eat them occasionally. That’s the way she looks at it, too…has to eat. However you take your steak enjoy!
Congratulations to the 3 winners.
I like my steak rare, with some seasoned butter. I usually pan sear them and might finish them in the oven. My mouth is watering thinking of it and I am definitely going to make some steak soon.
If I must have steak (I prefer not to eat meat at all, but won’t make someone feel bad if they don’t have a veggie option), I want it medium and on the BBQ. No condiments whatsoever except salt and pepper.
I like my steaks well done. I like them on the grill with steak seasoning. I like to dip it in Steak sauce. I sure would love to have a steak right now. It has been a while since I had one.
Steak? MMmmm I love steak and I like mine medium rare to medium. Steak and eggs anyone…
