Steaks: Rare, Medium or Well-Done

Grilled SteaksGood morning everyone! Today is February 20th which means Spring is exactly one month away!!! Yes, I am jumping for joy and super excited about that! This winter just can’t be over soon enough for me! At least there is no snow in our forecast for now and we will be hitting 52 degrees tomorrow. Wootwoot!!!

Today’s Question: For those of you who are steak eaters…do you prefer your steak to be done Rare, Medium or Well-Done? How do you like your steak prepared? Do you like them fried stove-top, baked or tossed onto a hot grill? Do you like them plain, with steak sauce or with ketchup?

I like my steaks medium done, prepared on a grill and I love ketchup on the side. I am not a fan of steak sauce but hubby loves his rare-medium and with the sauce on the side. We eat a lot of steaks, about twice a week here.
