My entire family spends a lot of time in the great outdoors! Hubby and I both enjoy camping and hiking. My brother and his family enjoy fishing, hunting and rock climbing. On most weekends during the Spring, Summer and Fall, you can find us outdoors enjoying various activities.
If you’re an outdoors person it is very important that you invest in proper outdoor gear. This includes clothing, footwear and accessories. Your clothing should fit you correctly and be made specifically for the activity that you will be enjoying.
Now that Spring is almost here, fishing season will be getting into high gear. We are really excited for the fishing season to begin/ Time to get shopping so that we’re prepared for the fishing season.
Hubby is looking for a new pair of waterproof waders, a new fly-fishing rod, tackle box, sunglasses, wading guide jacket, a new multi-tool and to buy hooks for fly tying. Having the proper gear and accessories is important if you want to be successful at fishing. The items don’t need to be super expensive but you do need to invest in quality-made items.

My husband and I used to fish a lot, but over the years as we began to travel quite a bit we stopped. You’ve inspired me to get out our gear and freshen it up to head out again this Summer.
I haven’t been fishing is way too long. I sure do enjoy it and I catch and eat the fish otherwise what is the point. I also love to go salmon fishing out in the ocean. I will have to keep this website in mind lots of great gift ideas thanks for sharing.
I love to fish but I like salt water fishing…hubby loves fresh water fishing. I much prefer to be out on the ocean than standing on the side of a creek. Just my 2 cents on that…and I won’t use live bait!
Although I enjoy the outdoors, no one here is a fisherman, camper or hunter. We just enjoy walking, hiking and being in the park or woods or mountains. Pro-Guide Direct does sound like a perfect store for the activity-oriented outdoorsman.
