When Jenelle was little we used to buy up all of those Disney videos (on VHS at the time) and over the years she accumulated quite the collection. On top of that, her bedroom was decorated in a Little Mermaid theme, she had countless Disney related toys and a lot of her childhood was based around those lovable Disney characters in one way or another.
Now that we are grandparents to a darling 4 1/2 year old little girl…we are sharing the Disney magic with her. It is fun to see her fall in-love with the same characters that our daughter used to enjoy. It is like re-living history all over again!

Recently I found out that I was selected to host a Disney Side @Home Celebration and for the past two weeks Jenelle and I have been busy little beavers making all of the plans!
We hired a professional bakery to make us some adorable Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse cupcakes and Disney character iced-sugar cookies. We will be serving all kinds of yummy food and beverages at our party and are really looking forward to it.

Our party is scheduled for February 15th, 2014 and we will be showing our party guests a fun DVD about visiting Disney World and Disney Land. We will be sharing with our guests all of our fond memories of when we had the chance to visit those places ourselves. It is always fun to share vacation memories with others, especially when it was a memorable vacation!
We received a Disney Side @Home Celebration Kit to share with our party guests! It includes some fun party decorations, tableware, balloons, streamers, games, activity sheets, temporary tattoos & stickers and more! We also went out and purchased some Disney theme’d puzzles and games that the kids can play during the party & we purchased enough of them so that each child can take one home with them! Yay!
I will be making another blog post after our party concludes so make sure you check back the week of February 17th to see that post hit our blog! I will be telling you all what we did during the party, the food we ate, the Disney experiences we shared and all of the fun that we had!
How many of you have ever visited Disney World or Disney Land? Do you have any favorite movies or characters that you fell in-love with? I would love to hear all about it so please leave your comments below!
Disclaimer: I will be compensated for my time for hosting a Disney Side @Home Celebration Party. My thoughts, words and feelings are 100% my own and have not been influenced by the sponsor.

I love DISNEY! Living in Miami makes it easy for us to get up to Disney World a couple times a year and enjoy the magic. Can’t wait for your post. I’m now following via Bloglovin so I don’t miss it!
Oh, I wish I could come to your party! I LOVE Disney and my husband and I are planning on taking our grandson to WDW when he turns 7.
I love Disney. My husband is military, and due to the free/discounted tickets that Disney offers to military, we were able to go almost every year for about 10 years. We didn’t go last year, and I find myself missing it so much. Favorites? Soarin”, Toy Story, and everything else!
I am looking forward to seeing the photos of this Disney Side Home Celebration. It sounds like you have it well planned and it should be fun.
