The Best Soft Blanket from American Blanket CompanyLike most people, I am very snobbish when it comes to buying and using bed linens here in my home. When I purchase linens, especially blankets, I want them to be super soft, wash & dry nicely and I want them to keep us warm.

For my review I was sent a queen size Luster Loft Fleece Blanket to try out for all of you. Originally my daughter was going to do this review until I explained to her that a queen size blanket was way too big for the Princess who has a youth twin bed. Lucky for me though, I snagged it and have it on my own queen size bed!

My grand daughter often stays overnight here in our home and she will complain up a storm if any blankets are “scratchy” or if she feels “fuzz balls” on any type of bedding. She has very sensitive skin so those types of surfaces really do bother her.

The Luster Loft Fleece Blanket is one of their top-selling blankets and I can totally understand why! It is absolutely one of the SOFTEST blankets I have ever felt. It comes with a lifetime guarantee  (will not shed or pill) and is machine wash & dry. I love easy-care bedding!

The blanket comes in a wide variety of different colors and sizes. Besides it being super soft, I love that it is a little over-sized which helps it to drape beautifully across my bed. It is hard to tell from my photos, but I have super thick & large Serta mattresses, plus a feather bed & mattress pad on top. For it to drape nicely down the sides (which I love) a blanket these days have to be over-sized and this one is! The Full/Queen 90″ x 88″ in size.

Right now I have everything crammed in our master bedroom (2 sets of bedroom furniture) as our one guest bedroom is getting repainted & new carpet next week. Sorry the photos are not the best as I can hardly move around in there! Sigh, I can’t wait until we can put our bedrooms back the way they belong!

As I always do…I really put products to the test. I decided to wash and dry this new blanket three full times just to see how it does. I am here to report that with each wash load it got softer & softer which I didn’t think was possible since it is already the softest blanket I have ever felt! Furthermore, it didn’t shrink, lose its shape, pill up, get fuzz balls or wrinkle. Absolutely PERFECT each and every time!

Frankly, this is the BEST blanket that has every graced my bed! My little grand daughter and I snuggle underneath it all of the time and watch movies & read books. During the winter I am using it underneath my coastal-print comforter and during the warmer months…I will use it alone. It is definitely a season-less blanket that can be used year-round! Fantastic!

    These American Blankets look wonderful! I think it is important to have a blanket that will last for many years, is so soft and great looking, and wil hold up with regular washing. I would love the Luster Loft Fleece Throw blanket in Patriot Blue.

    the peaceful touch fleece blanket or any of them.they are made in america and they remind me when i was traveling of the blankets in the holiday inn hotel’s .i always loved those blankets and could never find one that was even close to one of them

    I REALLY LIKED THE AQUASANA UNDER COUNTER WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM. WE LIVE IN IRON-RICH NORTHERN INDIANA AND HAVE REALLY RUSTY HARD WATER.     I really love the look of their hand-Stitched Gardenia baby Blankets,
    I would choose the Cotton Ball & Lilac color, it just looks so soft and warm & its made in USA which is hard to find these days. Its really a beautiful baby blanket
