I just love all of the fabulous flavored cocktail mixers that have been flooding the market lately. Who would not love a Vanilla Vodka or Strawberry Gin? I mean really! As usual, just in time for Valentine’s Day, our friends from Sparkling ICE have shared with us some easy to make, tasty cocktail recipes that you and your loved one can enjoy on your special date. I love that they are low cal because the alcohol has ao many calories to begin with, so cutting that with a light mixer is a great way to add some awesome flavor and cut the calories too!
Here are two easy Valentine’s Day cocktail recipes that you can whip up and enjoy!
Sweet & Seductive Sweetheart
Ingredients:
4 oz. Pomegranate Blueberry Sparkling ICE
1 ½ oz. Pomegranate Vodka
Splash of freshly squeezed lemon
Blueberries and rosemary sprig for garnish
Directions:
Pour vodka and lemon juice over ice and stir.
Top with Pomegranate Blueberry Sparkling ICE. Stir gently to combine the ingredients. Garnish with fresh or frozen blueberries and a spring of rosemary.
Grapefruit Crush
Ingredients:
2 oz. Grapefruit Sparkling ICE
3 oz. white wine, preferably Moscato
Mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
Pour white wine over ice.
Top with Grapefruit Sparkling ICE. Garnish with mint leaves.

These are so pretty and sound yummy. BUT – not all of us drink alcohol. Any ideas for similar drinks without it?
Pretty! The drinks just look flirty, fruity, and fun. I have to say the name Sweet & Seductive Sweetheart does make you want to order it.
I don’t normally drink alcohol but after my internet being down 22 hours, I may start! I like to have recipes on hand for those that do drink and these are delightful with the added fruit and mint.
