The belly is the toughest area on a women to tighten and tone especially after having kids. I think many of us can relate to that! Now there is a great DVD from Weight Watchers that will help kick that tough area to the curb and I was able to check it out for you.

There are three separate belly workouts to fit into your busy schedule progressing from 10 minutes, to 20 minutes, to 30 minutes. This perfectly designed DVD allows you to customize your daily workout to help get your belly strengthened, tightened and toned.

My Thoughts: My core is the weakest area on my body right now especially since I have been working at my computer for so many years now. So trying out some of these exercises was just the ticket for me.

Similar to most fitness dvd’s of this nature, there are 3 people to follow – one that does the beginner moves, one the intermediate and one the more advanced moves. The dvd is broken down into 3 sections that allow you to work on different areas of the stomach and core. I have to say that there is a lot of floor work in the dvd which is not something I can do easily due to my back issues.

The segments are broken down into a 10 minute workout, a 20 minute one and then a 30 minute one. The workouts are tough and I think this dvd is better suited for the intermediate to advanced level fitness student. Because of the amount of floor work there was only a few movements I felt comfortable doing. I have to say that those that I did were targeting my core and I could feel them at work!

I do like that this dvd will take you from a 10 minute starting workout through a more advanced 30 minute workout so this is not one that you will finish quickly and be looking for something more advanced.
