Super Easy Blueberry Squares Recipe
I love to bake but there are time when I am just too busy to be bothering with a complicated dessert recipe. A few weeks ago my mother stopped by and brought over this delicious blueberry squares dessert. If you ask me, its like a very moist cake with a lot of blueberry flavor to it.
What is really surprising is that it only requires 2 ingredients and 3 minutes of prep time and 30 minutes of bake time! I like having it warmed and hubby likes it at room temperature. Surprisingly, its delicious! Here is the recipe!

Super easy recipe that only requires two ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
- 22 oz. can Light Blueberry Pie Filling
- Non-Stick Baking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9″ by 13″ baking pan with the nonstick baking spray.
- In a large bowl combine together the angel food cake mix with the large can of blueberry pie filling. Do not add any other ingredients so ignore those that are printed on the cake mix box!
- Pour the cake batter into the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Remove and let cool. Cut into squares and store them in an airtight container.
