Quesadilla Cornicopia from Sunrise Specialty Foods
Today I would like to introduce you to the gourmet food company called Sunrise Specialty Foods based out of the great state Pennsylvania, my home state! Today I am reviewing the delicious Quesadilla Cornicopia from Sunrise Specialty Foods. If you love Mexican cuisine, you will love these quesadillas!
The filling inside them is the perfect blend of: chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green pepper, tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper and various spices.
Just recently we got hit with a winter storm. We lost our electric power for over 8 hours! I sure was glad to have these sitting in my freezer! Lucky for us, the hotel down the street left us come down there to use their kitchen. Gotta love generators for power!
We baked them straight out of the box (from frozen) for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. We also tossed some steak fries in their oven while we were there too. We then packed up our hot food in an insulated tote and walked home.
The photo above is not the best because we had to enjoy our early evening meal via light from a lantern. Sorry about that! Anyway, these quesadillas are absolutely delicious! They would be a great appetizer to serve at your Superbowl parties & family get-togethers.
There is a mild “heat” to them but nothing mouth burning. We loved that they were perfectly sized for “finger food” and the blend of chicken, cheeses and spices was just right! YUMMY! We devoured them in rapid fashion!
