The capsules themselves are about the size I expected for a herbal supplement or vitamin and were easy to swallow. Instructions say to take two capsules about 30 minutes before bed. I took them but did got get to bed until about 45 minutes afterward. I felt fine. There was no sudden smack that left me with a wobbly walk or light head like a commercial sleep aid or even Melatonin. I honestly wondered if it was working. I know it did something because I slept. Very well. And I did not awaken all night. I actually woke up just before the alarm went off at 5:30, well-rested with a clear head. On four separate occasions I’ve had the same experience. No sudden crash or brain fog. And no complaints or comments from the family about my snoring, either.

Bioterra has chosen cute name for many of their supplements, but more importantly they appear to work. I shall look more into this company because I could certainly use more restful sleep.
I would try BioTerra for digestion, especially for reflux. I take Melatonin occasionally and it works well for me (half of a 3 mg tab) and a few others that work. It’s trial and error so I certainly would try it if not too expensive.
