Do your little ones watch Pokémon? Ask them about Snorlax. It’s a giant creature that likes to sleep anywhere and anytime. And, oh man, does Snorlax snore. We all have a little Snorlax in us, especially during cold, flu, or allergy season. We all snore from time to time in my family and we’ve all awakened ourselves with our snores. It’s embarrassing to say the least. We’ve tried various remedies for snoring from putting strips on the bridges of our noses to humidifiers, each with varying degrees of success. I can’t say if anything is 100% successful in stopping the snoring, but some solutions lead to better sleep. BioTerra Herbs provides a successful solution.
BioTerra Herbs offers a variety of herbal formulas that promote better health. The GMO, gluten-free, vegetarian capsules are available for better sleep, boosting one’s immunity, digestive issues, shushing snoring, and more. Shushing snoring? Count me in. I’ve awakened many nights due to snoring and decided to learn more.
The people behind BioTerra Herbs have wicked senses of humor. The names of the available formulas made me giggle and shake my head. Shush for snoring, Z-Z-Z for better sleep, Achoo for coughs and sore throats, Zap for immunity boosting, and Belch is the name of the digestive formula. They answer frequently asked questions you don’t expect and answer ones you do. Their ingredients are globally sourced and tested for heavy metals and bacteria before manufacturing takes place. The capsules are manufactured in California using good manufacturing processes and contain no fillers.
BioTerra is even going to The Grammys. The company tweeted that their products will be in the gift bags distributed to the presenters and performers. How neat! They offered me a bottle of my choice to try and I went with Shush. It is called a spouse’s best friend after all.
BioTerra’s Shush formula is available in two sizes; a full size bottle ($19.99 for 60 capsules) and travel pack ($4.99 for 10 capsules). Cassia and Gambir anre the main ingredients and together the bark and leaves gently soothe the nerves and promote better sleep. Since I’ve been the Queen of Congestion and Snoring for a few weeks now, I decided to try Shush before my husband did.
The capsules themselves are about the size I expected for a herbal supplement or vitamin and were easy to swallow. Instructions say to take two capsules about 30 minutes before bed. I took them but did got get to bed until about 45 minutes afterward. I felt fine. There was no sudden smack that left me with a wobbly walk or light head like a commercial sleep aid or even Melatonin. I honestly wondered if it was working. I know it did something because I slept. Very well. And I did not awaken all night. I actually woke up just before the alarm went off at 5:30, well-rested with a clear head. On four separate occasions I’ve had the same experience. No sudden crash or brain fog. And no complaints or comments from the family about my snoring, either.
If you’re looking for an herbal solution for sleep, snoring, digestion, or immunity-boosting, give BioTerra Herbs a look. At this time, you can only find the collection online and only for sale in the United States. For occasional deals and coupons, join BioTerra’s email list. I have and will snag another bottle of Shush as soon as I hit the bottom of this one. I see bottles of Immunity and Belch in my future, too. Would you give BioTerra a try? Which formula would you try first?
