December 16, 2013 by Classystaff

Salba Chia products https://twoclassychics.comWe have been sharing all of the delicious wonders that Chia seeds can do for your health over the past few months. By adding Chia seed, either ground or whole seed, into your foods you are adding a healthy addition that will fill you up and add delicious fiber to your diet. It is so easy to use this produce by sprinkling some onto your cereal or your salad; adding some to smoothies, eggs, oatmeal, salad dressings; plus adding it to your baking is easy as well.

Today I want to share a tasty recipe that I made using Salba Chia. These cookies made a delicious treat that my whole family loved!
Salba Chia Gel https://twoclassychics.com

First make your Chia Gel which is 1 tbsp of chia seed mixed in 1/4 c water. This equals 1 egg. Then add all of your ingredients and blend your cookie dough.’
