We are now 11 days away until Christmas Day is here. How many of you have started your holiday baking? How many of you are waiting until the last minute? For me personally, I always start my baking on December 3rd and I bake up through New Year’s Day. I bake for my personal family, my extended family and for the little old ladies at the nursing home. I seem to be baking every day!

For those of you who are looking for super quick & easy ideas…then head to your local grocery store and check out the Pillsbury products in the refrigerated section. I picked up a roll of the Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough a few days ago and guess what I had yesterday for my afternoon snack? Yup, that’s right…sugar cookies!!!

Once you buy the refrigerated dough just take it home and store it in your refrigerator until you are ready to bake them. Then preheat your oven, open up the package, slice them into the perfect portions and bake them on a cookie sheet. There are no ingredients to mix up, no dirty baking bowls & utensils…nothing! Simply slice and bake!
Within 10 minutes we had freshly baked sugar cookies sitting on our table for the family to enjoy and let me tell you…they were delicious! They were all devoured by the family within a few short hours!
Head on over to the Pillsbury web site and take a look at all of the refrigerated cookie dough that they have to offer. While you are over there you can browse their recipe section to get more holiday baking ideas!
