Synopsis: F.W. The love and loyalty of a farmer and his wife are put to the ultimate test in this classic silent film. Sunrise used the groundbreaking Fox Movietone sound system, making it one of the first studio films with a true soundtrack, featuring music and sound effects.

This sounds like an interesting movie to watch- Janet Gaynor and the first soundtrack make a good combination. I have often enjoyed watching old movies.
I watch some silent films on Turner Classic Movies (TCM) and I really do enjoy them. Especially love anything historical. But I have never heard of this one before. But with a couple of Oscars under its belt this one is surely great!
