It was a Good Cook Thanksgiving at my home. We were excited to be able to use so many of the great products from Good Cook during our meal preparation. Now that all of the big cooking for the holiday is over, I still have 1/2 a turkey to use up! One of the best parts about holiday meals is the leftovers. Don’t you think so too?
I was sent some fabulous Good Cook products to help make this a tasty Thanksgiving at my home. The Good Cook Roaster with V-Rack was easy to use and a breeze to clean up. It is a large roaster so you can get your 20+ lb birds in this pan easily. While cooking the bird there are so many items that we use – basters, thermometers and especially the Good Cook Turkey Lifters! Once my bird was done, the beautiful Turkey platter made a beautiful presentation.
If you get stuck with what to make from all of that leftover turkey, here is one of my favorite recipes to make and try yourself. It is fabulous!

I like all the muffin recipes shown above as well as your sandwich. I think that instead of mayo I’d usea teaspoon of chutney, salsa or mustard
