Looking for a fun family activity that the kids will love? LEGO has created a neat website where you and the kids can create a great holiday card that includes the whole family by using the LEGO Minifigure Family website. It is easy to use and the kids can enjoy creating themselves, the family pets, mom and dad and the rest of the family right into a Holiday Greeting Card.

This is a fun activity that simply needs the click of a mouse to create a family of LEGO characters that look like you. Go to LOGO’s minifigurefamily.com site and start by adding one family member at a time. This can include pets, babies, and adults. Once your family member is added, you can customize how they look. For the pets, you can choose a color of fur. For family members that are human, you can choose hair and hats, clothing and facial features. Once you have done that, you can choose the background of your greeting card and set the message.
In a matter of minutes, you and the kids can create a fun greeting card that can be dowloaded and sent to friends and family via email. Or you can choose to link to it if you rather. You can see the one I created for my family here. It was easy to make and I had fun finding all of the quirky outfits the family is wearing!
So get the kids involved with the Holiday cards this holiday season with the LEGO Minifigure Card Creator and have some fun!
I have always enjoyed LEGOs and their infinite variety of figures. Now they have this Christmas email card idea and I think it is a lot of fun. I think that any person would enjoy making a LEGO replica of kos/her family.
I love Lego and went to make my own Christmas card a couple of days ago – everyone loves it!
This is so cute. My daughter made one for my son and his family…my grandkids. I love that we got to choose different outfits for them and add in their two dogs. You can even change the scene for the background. What a fun way to get your kids involved in sending e-cards.
