December 20th is National Sangria Day and what a perfect time of year to enjoy a glass of this festive beverage. I have not had sangria since I was a young adult and my friends and I would mix up a big batch along with plenty of fruit and enjoy it on the weekend. So I thought is would be fun to celebrate a bit this year with some Sangria for old times sakes. I was sent some sangria for review that was so much more than what I remember it ever being!

What better way to kick off the holiday season with some Eppa Sangria on this holiday! National Sangria Day on December 20th is the perfect excuse to enjoying a glass or two. With the holiday festivities surrounding our every thought, taking a nice break with a glass of amazing sangria is just the ticket! Eppa is a blend of real, organic SuperFruit juices and premium varietal wine made from organically-grown grapes. You can enjoy Eppa chilled, poured over ice, or garnished with fruit. It is a taste delight!
I do not remember sangria tasting like this when I was younger. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of flavor that burst in my mouth with just one sip! Wow! I had to take another sip just to make sure – and then another. 🙂 Honestly, this wine is a combination of amazing fruit flavors that are blended together for a memorable glass of cheer. You can taste citrus, pomegranate and berry that is so refreshing! This wine is loaded with Antioxidants too; two times more than regular wines – like I need another reason to enjoy this. Delicious!
If you are looking for a fabulous wine for a party this holiday season, this one is it. Eppa offers a White Sangria as well for those that prefer that blend. Swing by their site and check out the store and restaurant locator for your area. Here is a recipe to try too!

This certainly sounds like a delicious Sangria wine. It is the first time I have heard of this brand and I shall keep it in mind for the next time I go to the wine store. I didn’t know that Dec 20th is National Sangria Day
Happy National Sangria Day to you. Had to look up what LICOR is since I never heard of it before. I may have to celebrate this weekend.
I will have to share this with my daughter. She loves learning what “day” it is. Yesterday was Answer the Phone like Buddy the Elf. We got a laugh out of that one but didn’t participate in it. I’m think Sangria day we should take part in and celebrate. 🙂
