Just like anyone, I love a sweet treat now and then. After living in the Far East for several years growing up, one of my favorite treats are fortune cookies. They are not too sweet but have just the right balance of treat to sweet. Plus they are Fun! But finding them in bulk around here is tough so we are limited to getting a few here and there with our takeout dinner or something. I was happy to find that there is a way to get our fortune cookies in bulk and I was asked to review them. Of course I would!
There is a company based in Oakland, California that has taken the Fortune Cookie to a new level. Fortune Cookie Creations has created colored and flavored custom fortune cookies that allow you to customize your message and choose a fabulous color. What a great idea!
Perfect for Weddings, Baby Showers, Parties and other celebrations, these fortune cookies are brightly colored and taste good! I was sent and assortment of their cookies and when I opened the box, I found a color explosion! I could not decide which one to try first. I love this! They offer awesome colors like Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Green and Brown. Each one has a different flavor to it. You can choose from Strawberry, Chocolate, Raspberry, Lime, Orange and Coconut.
These cookies weren’t just pretty; they tasted awesome too! The flavors reminded me of cereal! The red ones tasted like Fruit Loops and the Chocolate – definitely Cocoa Puffs! My family and I had a great time trying them all and enjoying the great taste.
Just think how fun it would be to have these at your New Years Eve party this year? How great would these be as a decoration at a wedding reception or color coordinate your baby shower? Plus you can get custom messages put in your cookies too.

Wonder how much bulk is in bulk? Would be awesome to be able to order a reasonable amount as an individual gift for someone as a birthday, Christmas gift! Super cute!

This was a great idea – to take fortune cookies and customize them with different colors and flavors. Since they are individually packaged they would stay fresh too.
Yum! We like to have Chinese food, and we all make sure to pick a fortune cookie and read it outloud. It’s fun to see how they fit or what they predict. We even read the lucky numbers. I’ve never had flavored ones before. I didn’t even realize there were flavors. I know you can get ones with personalized messages, but how fun to surprise my grandkids with Fruit Loops Fortune cookies. 🙂
My first reaction: what are the ingredients and dyes they use? Couldn’t find anything about that on their website.
I am hoping this awesome Company has different locations besides California..What an awesome Idea they had of different colors and Fruit Favors.. Not mentioning writing your own little messages for the cookies.. These would be Great for any Occasion.. Childrens partys, Showers , Holidays. What a great idea and so colorful. I wonder if they make them without gluten? I’m sure and will have to look that up. I haven’t had a fortune cookies in many years and can’t even remember last time. They are easy to find here in LA, I’m sure. I like cereal so sure I’ll love these babies.
