Good morning everyone! Happy Tuesday everyone! We are only 2 days away from Thanksgiving and I am looking forward to a 4 day weekend! wootwoot! Are any of you off for Black Friday too? No, I have no plans of hitting the stores for that craziness of Black Friday shopping but I will be busy volunteering my time to decorate the Assisted Living Center where auntie lives.
Today’s Topic: We took the Princess out for breakfast this morning and hit a local donut shop. It has been a long time since I had been there and wow…I swear they had over 40 varieties of donuts! I am the type of girl who likes the classic powdered donuts with creme filling. Hubby got his favorite glazed with jelly filling and the Princess got a chocolate frosted doughnut with lots of sprinkles on top. What kind of donuts do you enjoy eating? Got a favorite flavor?

A belated congratulations to the 3 winners. My favorite donut is chocolate covered cream filling – like an eclair – but with 40 choices I could easily find something else to devour and love. I am not going out for Black Friday -except to the drugstore. I hope auntie appreciates all you do to help her and the center where she lives.
I love Chocolate Cake Doughnuts. I haven’t had one forever, but they are definitely my go to guilty pleasure treat!!
It really can be overwhelming trying to choose a donut…. for my kids. They stand there forever trying to decide after I tell them they can’t have 10 donuts, lol. I am an apple fritter type gal myself.

Yes, I love donuts, too. I’m glad for the variety, but I’m a girl who gets the same thing and loves it. I want a chocolate long john. Mini powdered donuts or glazed are good occasionally, but I love chocolate long johns. My daughter used to get strawberry frosting with sprinkles, but they stopped doing it. For a long time, we didn’t get donuts. Now, it’s become a habit for my daughter and I to grab a donut on the way to grocery shop…a treat to ourselves. I’ve even brought her to my side. She gets either a maple or chocolate long john now. Whatever kind you like, enjoy…maybe with so many kinds you need one for each hand. 🙂

I love donuts especially at a local favorite place called Beach Donuts. My first choice would be a cinnamon donut. I go when I need a comfort treat. It reminds me of the donuts my Mom use to make. Yummy.
Donuts is one of my favorite treat. I love Maple Bars and regular cake donuts. The place that you went to sounds amazing with all those choices for donuts. I need to get me some donuts today!
