I think we all know that taking your vitamins can be an issue for many people, especially kids. I know several folks that hate to take pills so for them getting the proper vitamins and nutrients can be more difficult. With our food quality lacking, it is important for all of us to supplement with vitamins. Chewable vitamins are great but it can be difficult to find a quality complete multivitamin for adults and kids, until now. I was send a bottle of vitamins to try our from a company called SmartyPants. I think you are going to like these!

The bottle I chose to review is the adult complete Multi vitamin with Omega 3 and Vitamin D. I love that these have no high fructose corn syrup, no additives or artificial colors and no preservatives. Plus they are in the form of a Gummy Vitamin and who does not love those? Admit it, you have taken many of your kids gummy vitamins. Hey, we know they are just so good and super easy to take. Since the kids have them, why not adults too?
My bottle has 180 gummy’s in it and you take 6 per day. The gummy’s are small so chewing up all 6 in one shot is doable. They remind me of the orange slice candy you used to be able to find. But these are in drops and are coated with natural cane sugar for a pretty decent taste. I did get a bit of the vitamin-y taste, but it is not terrible. In fact, you really do not notice it at all after a few days.
What I enjoyed the most about the SmartyPants is that they are a breeze to take. I think I have been more consistant with these vitamins because I don’t need to think about water or anything when taking them. Plus these Adult Complete multi’s are loaded with all of the most important vitamins your body needs every day.
The SmartyPants are a vitamin that I can gt my son and husband to take on a regular basis and I am impressed with the vitamin quality. I love that they are organic and I have had no issues with them at all. I think these are a winner in my book and they have become a staple in my whole families diet.

I amglad that you reviewed these vitamins because I do have trouble swallowing some pills, especially fish oils and bigger pills. I have seen these in CVS, but wasn’t sure about them. Now I can try them. although I don;t like having to take 6 gummies.

It’s great that more and more adult pills are being offered in other forms. I often have trouble taking pills, especially fish oil, and want to try other forms. I have worried some about the consistency and taste of fill oil gummies but I love that this multi vitamin offers Omega 3. At first, I was thrown off by the 6 pills – trying to figure out how I could get them all in, but it’s nice to know that you can take them in one setting. Sounds like a convenient product that will boost your health. Perfect!
I hate taking pills so I think these would be a good choice for me.
