My Thoughts: A few days ago we invited over my grand daughter (age 4 1/2) and my god son (age 6 1/2) for a movie viewing party with us. Both of the kids love the various animated movies put out by Dreamworks and I knew both of them would love Turbo!
One of the things I love about this movie and its story line is that its “fresh” and what I mean by that is…it isn’t a story line or movie that has been remade a gazillion times. While I like classic animated movies, I am tired of seeing the same ones over and over and just spun a different way. Frankly, I am getting “princess” out with all of the fairy tale movies.
Turbo is extremely funny…hilarious to be matter of fact about it. The characters are absolutely adorable and the story line is entertaining from start to finish. The graphics/animation with this Dreamworks hit movie is FANTASTIC! All four of us were entertained from start to finish with Turbo and when it was over, the kids watched it again.
On my movie rating scale I give this one a 9 out of 10 stars! I usually don’t rate animated films this high but this one totally rocks and deserves that high rating. It goes on sale today so make sure you pick up a copy for the holidays, it’s perfect for holiday gift-giving!

I love all the Dreamworks animated films so I am sure that I will enjoy watching Turbo too. I am glad that all of you had a good time and I can see that your granddaughter won’t take her eyes off the film.
