These special things can be gifts you received, special greeting cards or giveaways you won on the web! What about all of the freebies that showed up? Wootwoot! Shelly ~ Back in late July I won a giveaway on another blog. Yes, late July and after a lot of follow-up and back/forth with emails I finally got the prize that I won.
I received a full-size bag of gourmet dark roast coffee, a full-size bag of Doug’s Nuts (mixed nuts which hubby quickly ran off with), a full-size bag of chocolate covered hazelnuts and a tin full of loose gourmet tea (that my mother ran off with). As you can see, I need to start hiding my goodies as my family loves to run off with them before I get a chance to enjoy them!

How fun to read about the prizes and samples you and other TCC fans received! I got a “Betty Crocker Ultimates” prize package, made up of a few boxes of Hamburger Helper and Betty Crocker Potatoes (which will go to the food bank) and some Zak Designs serving pieces–bowls, a spoon, and plates. Oh–and a Mrs. Fields Scoop ‘N Cut Cookie Tool that I hope to put to good use soon.
That is a nice prize package you finally received. I was surprised by an Olay Regenerist from Allure that I shall enjoy using and a FixaFlat can that I shall give to my son. Then I received sample and coupons from L’Oreal, Suave, Socket Sealers, Duck Tape and Escada.
Got a surprise Superman hoodie – very soft inside and nice logo. Sometimes they send emails when you win (blogs like TCC) , sometimes they don’t (usually the big companies). Fun either way.

In my mailbox…I got a Klout Perk for Secret Clinical…and it came with a really cute T-shirt – I love free tees.

Last week, I also received a Febreze assortment of products to review for free on my blog.
On Halloween, I received a really cool prize pack from Wah-tah. It had a couple bottles of water, hoodie, T-shirt, hat, and lots of things for my nephew. I was so happy when he wore his hat to school today.
I’m a huge nut fan. (Did that come out right?) I got some things I ordered for others for Christmas in the mail.

I also received some nice goodies last week. I got my funnyface dried cranberry pricepackage I won from TCC and shared them with my father who works as a.middle school teacher and make a great and healthy snack for him. I also received a Halloween movie on DVD which came in on Halloween and my boyfriend and I watched that night.
i had won a giveaway on another site from Guylain chocolates. it came last week and let me tell you, it was a HUGE selection of their products! after i do some sampling myself, i plan on putting the boxes and bars of chocolate in gift baskets for Christmas! i am a happy girl!
Last week I received a few samples (a can of Sheba cat food, a Minties dog chew and a lotion sample of Simple Lotion). I also got a free $5 McD’s GC in the mail from my coke rewards program. I was fast enough to snag the offer and only had to enter a coke cap and still earned the pts for that cap 🙂 Yayy! This makes for a nice treat! For winnings I got a small rodent prize pack which included Oxbow hay, Blue Cloud dust, a bed, a cardboard tube with bedding and some yogurt treats. My critters are very happy!!
This is a neat idea. It’s a great way to chat with your readers. I got some adorable photography props in last week that i was lucky enough to win! (I never win anything)
