For the past 11 months hubby and I have been trying to eat healthier, get more exercise and have been boosting our bodies with various nutritional supplements. We have been doing extremely well with our new health & wellness plan and recently tried the Lifeway Foods Biokefir.

For our review we received one bottle of each of the 4 different flavors to try out for all of you. Since I have all kinds of immune system issues, I immediately went for the Nonfat BioKefir Cultured Milk in the Pomegranate/Blueberry Flavor. This particular flavor is great for an immunity boost.
To drink them…you want to enjoy them cold. Simply pop off the lid and enjoy. The first thing I noticed about it was that it was delicious! It had a smooth, fruity taste that wasn’t bitter or chalky at all. It reminded me totally of a delicious liquid fruity yogurt. With only 60 calories per serving, it’s great for those monitoring their weight.
My husband went after the Nonfat BioKefir Cultured Milk in the Black Cherry Flavor which is for heart health. Hubby’s father died young at age 32 from a heart condition so hubby is always taking supplements to help improve his heart health. He is not a yogurt eater at all, so I wasn’t sure if he would like this. However, I was pleasantly surprised that he gobbled it right down. He loved the black cherry flavor and couldn’t believe that something that tasted so good was healthy for him too.
The following day hubby went for the Nonfat BioKefir in the Blackberry flavor which is also for heart health. He loves blackberries so I knew it was only a matter of time before he tried this one. Just like the first one, it’s packed with all kinds of good things for your body. Regarding the taste, he loved this one but did prefer the Black Cherry Flavor just a tad more than this one.
Finally, My mother wanted to try one and she is 68 years old. She has all kinds of digestive problems so she tried the Nonfat BioKefir in the Vanilla flavor. This flavor is to help with digestion and has a light vanilla flavor to it. Mom agrees with us, they are delicious with a nice smooth texture to them with no chalky after-taste.
If you are looking to boost up your health and if you are not a fan of yogurts, perhaps the Lifeway BioKefir is a product you should try. All three of us loved them and would NOT hesitate in adding them into our health & wellness routine.

I am amazed that something that is so good for you and tastes so good only has 60 calories. This is something I definitely want to try and I like all of these flavors too. My favorite would probably be the Black Cherry.
I’m interested in making my own kefir and have purchased the granules for making water keir, and gathering the other ingredients. Easier to buy it I know. I visited their Facebook page to learn more on all the products they offer.
I had to laugh at the title because I read it as powered SHORTS. Even after reading your review I’m still chuckling.
I have had these Kefir drinks but not in the small ones like these. I really like the taste of these. They are so healthy, and I want to try the flavors in the small size with only 60 calories.
