Handcrafted Highly Scented Shortie’s Candles

November 19, 2013 by Classystaff

It’s getting to that time of year when we begin to think about decorating and Christmas gifts. I have a wonderful solution to both the decorating and the gifts. Beautiful candles from Shortie’s Candle Company have a lot the answers to your needs. They offer a large assortment of tealight candles, soy votives, soy pillars and jar candles. I was privileged to get to sample to review and share with you.
Handcrafted Highly Scented Shorties Candles
The great folks at Shortie’s Candles sent me a medium size Saffron Ginger jar candle. The color of the candle is so beautiful. It is sort of a salmon color. The scent is very nice and fresh smelling. Did you ever notice a candle will smell really nice at the store and then when you start burning it the scent seems to just go away? Not with this candle! I burned it for about four hours and the scent was just as nice when I blew it out as when I began. Then I left the top of the jar off and the next day the aroma was still present and very nice. I love long lasting scents with my candles and the one I received is still smelling wonderful!

Shortie’s Candles are proudly handcrafted in the United States of America. They are lead free and made from a natural grade paraffin wax blend. My candle said it was made with food grade wax so I know it is safe. All of the candles are made with essential and/or natural oils to scent them so the candles smell wonderful for a long time. Plus the wicks are 100% natural fiber. The medium jar candle like mine will burn for approximately 80 hours. I love that the jar candles are put in recyclable glass containers so when my candle has burned down, I can use it for a pretty storage container in the kitchen or in the bathroom.

Just in time for the holidays, you can decorate with seasonal candles such as Autumn Splendor, Bayberry, Caramel Apple Cider, Pumpkin Pie, Christmas Eve and Christmas Tree. Some of them sound good enough to eat! Plus candles and candle accessories like warmers and care items are always an appreciated gift for anyone. Stop by their website at Shorties Candles to check out all the scents and beautiful colors for your home decor and gift giving this season. Custom coloring is also available.
