Just in time for our first real winter storm with temps below 32 degrees for the last 3 days. I received Glider Gloves to review. Wow, what timing! These gloves are fabulous for cold weather and being able to use all kinds of electronic devices. You can use them for iPhones, tablet PC’s, GSP’s, ATM’s and any other hand held device. It is amazing since regular gloves cannot be used on these devices because regular gloves cannot provide a conductive path between your fingers and your device.
Glider Gloves are a Canadian company that offer warm inter gloves that are made with a conductive fabric woven into the liner giving you response from all ten fingers and hands. The liner is soft brushed for great comfort. They are thermally insulated with a blend of synthetic thermal micro-fibers, conductive yarns and a light stretch yarn. The gloves have a anti-slip grip on all the fingers and the palm making it easy to hold onto your devices and your steering wheel. And they are very warm for this cold weather we are having in Oklahoma. I used them to warm my hands while going to doctors appointments the last few days. In fact these gloves were invented for Canadian weather, where they are based in Toronto.
I do not have petite ladylike hands and I found the medium sized gloves a little tight and small. They do fit tight but these were a little too tight for my hand. On their website (www.glidergloves.com) you can check out their size chart and how to measure your hands for the perfect fit.
Glider Gloves offers two styles of gloves, the Urban and the Winter. The Winter come in the following colors: black, gray, Olympian blue, Phlox and deep teal and are warmer. The Urban comes in black and Olympian blue and are thinner for warmer climates. I really like that there are 2 options for level of warmth. Plus you should be able to co-ordinate the gloves to your wardrobe with all the beautiful colors.

Finally a company made warm gloves that can be used on a touchscreen – and they even have two levels of warmth. I’d probably go with the Winter style since my hands are always cold.
I am thrilled to see that a company made gloves that can be used on touchscreens. These gloves can really keep my hands warm where I live because it gets really cold here. I like the Winter gloves. I have to take a look at these.
