A coastal property sounds so inviting! Many people I know are retiring to southern coastal towns and they love it! I still like New England, but there is an allure and a tug to go somewhere more lighthearted and fun when you are older. I wouldn’t want to be that far from family, so that is a main consideration. But if you can afford to travel back and forth, wowie!
