The Discovery Kids Princess Canopy

I love purchasing Discovery Kids toys and games for my grand daughter, god son, nieces and nephews. These toys are some of the best educational toys out in the retail marketplace and many of them are great for old-fashioned creative play.
Recently I was sent The Discovery Kids: Princess Canopy to review for all of you. Let me tell you…if you need an affordable holiday gift for a little girl this holiday season, this is definitely one item you should be considering.
When we got this Princess Canopy delivered…I could not get it out of the package fast enough for my little grand daughter! She was squealing with delight. Later that day we headed on over to her house to get it hung up in her play room.
The Princess Canopy is made for kids ages 4 and up. It stands over 6 feet tall so you will want to hang it from the ceiling. It is made out of a durable, light-weight fabric that is semi-sheer. Assembly is easy and the mounting hardware is included in the package.
You can hang it up over a child’s bed, over a child’s table & chairs or in the corner of a room. We decided to hang hers up in her playroom as a little reading nook. She has a “princess” theme’d chair which we put inside her princess canopy and if you look close at the photos, you will see her inside the canopy reading some of her favorite books.
For now, she prefers it all closed up like her own little private tent. I am sure as time goes on…she will want it more like it is shown in the top photo. We love that it’s not solid heavy fabric and is semi-sheer. We can clearly see her inside of there to make sure she is alright when we do our “play” checks on her.
