I have been wearing clogs for the past 40 years! Yes, that’s right…40 years! I got my very first pair of clogs when I was just 6 years old and have been wearing clogs since! At this time I have over 30 pairs of clogs sitting in my closet so I know great quality clogs when I see them.

For my review I was sent a complimentary pair of women’s sandal clogs in the Carina Clogs style. I selected the black patent color because I feel they will go with just about anything and that black patent finish really dresses them up. They can be worn casually, to the office or with a dress for your dressier occasions.
These are a comfort style clog made out of high-quality fine leather with a black patent finish. There are 2 adjustable silver-toned buckles so that you can get a customized fit.
The Carina has a soft PU-base, created for people who need extra support during the whole day. The leather is fastened with staples, to create a sleek and timeless Scandinavian style for all women. There are tiny “hole” perforations on the leather upper which add interest and details to it. I like that they are not just plain black leather upper straps.
Note: They fit my mom big as she was “just” modeling them for me so I could take photos!
The outsoles are a high density rubber material with a lot of texture treading. This is a great feature so that if you are on a wet or slick surface you won’t be sliding around and falling. I also appreciate that the soles are black which blends in nicely with the black leather upper.
Back in late April I had a total hip replacement so wearing clogs are a must for me! Matter of fact, 80% of the footwear I own are clogs! I have been wearing my new Sandgrens clogs for the past 12 days and I LOVE THEM! They are the first pair I grab out of my closet!
They fit my feet perfectly and they stay on my feet! They are super comfortable and these are the type of clogs that you can wear all day long, every day for the rest of your life! I have worn them with jeans, a short skirt, with a black maxi dress and all sorts of other things and they look perfect with everything!
When I am in the market to buy more clogs in the near future you bet I will be checking out Sandgrens for the hottest and latest in women’s clogs! I do want to mention though…I recommend sizing up one whole size when purchasing them. In my case…I sized up a 1/2 size and they were too small. I returned them (easy to return) and sized up even more which got me a perfect fit! Thanks Sandgrens!

I remember waering clogs when I was younger but I dont wear them anymore. These wouldn’t be style but a great gift idea for my mom! She loves clogs and i think these would be perfect for her! Thanks for sharing!
Those clogs look great and not at all what I think of when I consider clogs because they have the strap around the ankle. They would be perfect for me too. I need to wear comfortable shoes.

I have always loved Clogs – but forgotten how comfortable they are to wear – all the time! For some reason I thought they would be uncomfortable for walking with that heavy wood heel… and no real support…
I’ve also always loved Mary Janes – which I do associate with COMFORT. Both the Mary Janes Comfort and Classic styles took so PERFECT for me and they some in so many fabulous colors!
Still, I kind of can’t get the delightful Lisbon and Minsk styles – then I suddenly remembered that I wore shoes like that all through college (a long time ago) and they were by far the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. So I think you sold me!

Awesome shoes! These look really nice and comfortable. A casual dressy that you can wear with jeans or skirts. It’s good to have shoes like that and amazing when they are comfortable, too. I like that they have treading so you won’t slip.
These are so cute! I remember wearing clogs when I was a kid, and they never looked as cute or as ‘fancy’ as these ones!
