Skinsations Soap and Bath Products

** 2013 Holiday Gift Guide Feature **

As you all know…we kicked off our 4th annual holiday gift guide yesterday and I am really excited to introduce you to our next company called Skinsations who makes & sells handmade soaps and bath products. I don’t know about all of you, but I love to give and receive pampering products like these!

Skinsations handmade soaps, soap loaves, glycerin soaps, kid’s soaps, party favor soaps, gift baskets, men’s soaps, lotions, balms, guest soaps and more! If you love handmade soaps in a wide variety of scents and styles…this soap shop is for you!

For this review I received 2 full-size complimentary products to try out for all of you. Each one comes individually packaged and you can bundle up several to give as a gift or give them out individually as secret Santa gifts or as stocking stuffers.

Lavender Dreams Handmade SoapThe Lavender Dreams Handmade Soap is a large hand-cut soap bar with embedded lavender buds within the soap that provide skin exfoliation. The lavender essential oil used in the soap making process is there to relax you as you bathe or shower. Hey, we all need to relax a little more…right? For $4.50 a bar, you can’t go wrong with this one! I used this while showering and loved how it sloughed off my dead skin off my legs & feet and left silky smooth skin behind.

Shea Butter SouffleThe Shea Butter Souffle is my favorite out of the two products that I got to review. This whipped body butter comes in a 2 ounce or 3 ounce jar and a little bit goes a long way! It is all natural, contains no preservatives and no chemicals. It is made with pure unrefined shea butter, lavender and vitamin E. It is really creamy, rich & emollient and I love that it absorbs quickly and leaves your skin feeling baby soft! Price ranges from $6 to $8 per jar depending on the size you purchase and it’s worth every dime!!!

Disclaimer: Shelly has personally reviewed the product listed above. Shelly has not received any monetary compensation for her review. Oatmeal, Milk & Honey ! this is such a great soap to use in the winter in Montana … it can be so dry you can ‘see your breath fall to the ground’… sucks the moisture right out of the skin. I love oatmeal soap and honey as it seems to ‘seal in’ and sooth dry skin from itching which can drive ya nuts in the winter LOL! Well so can Winter in Montana… October to April snow… Anyway I can’t wait to try yours!
