I was sent a copy of her fitness DVD to review and share with you today.
The Power 4 Pink Workout is a dynamic fusion of 4 components including Cardio, Strength, Pilates and Balance. This intense workout is a perfect blend of mind- body and fitness exercises. The DVD is divided into 4 sections: The Cardio Interval Balance Challenge, The Toning Floor Series, The Stretch and Revive series & a special bonus section with exercises specifically for Breast Cancer survivors. When you purchase The Power 4 Pink Workout, 100% of the net profits will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Since October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, it is a fabulous time to feature this DVD.
Patricia is an awesome teacher and her energy and enthusiasm are clearly shown in this DVD. She delivers dynamic cardio, strength training, toning, and challenging balance poses in this 80-minute video. Her workout caters to varying fitness levels; those without much fitness experience as well as including modifications to increase the difficulty for a much harder workout.
Like with all fitness training, depending on how involved, engaged, and the amount of effort you put in to the workout is how much you will get out of this. One of the best things about this workout is that Patricia explains why these exercises are very important. For a beginner, this was one rough workout, but I enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking to get fit, have fun and see results. Put this in your DVD player three to four times a week and you will NOT be disappointed!

This sounds like a good workout, but is too advanced for me at this time. It is great that she donates the net profits to breast cancer research.
Wow this is so great that 100% of the net profits go the breast cancer research foundation. I haven’t seen a product that does that yet not 100% it is wonderful.
