Shelly ~ I had a great mailbox week last week! I won a giveaway on another blog and won a flashlight & batteries (great since we live in a stormy area of the country), 2 coupons for free frozen lasagna, a coupon for a free soft scrub cleaning product and I got these adorable Halloween labels/stickers for participating in a blogger outreach campaign. The Princess got a free pack of stickers which was an online FREEBIE and she was pretty excited about that.

Every once in a while I get a few fun goodies in my mailbox too! A few weeks ago, my mailpal (penpal) Princess Gia whom you all know from the blog, sent me some goodies from her trip to the Jersey shore with her grandma Shelly and grampa. I was excited to get a cute postcard with her note, some cookies and my favorite salt water taffy! It was delicious. I have a special package that needs to go out to my mailpal this week too! Maybe I will get something fun in return!

I love reading about what people win! Today, I got a $25 Publix GC in the mail. A couple of days ago, I got a big box of goodies from Oregon Chai for writing a post to spread the news about a sweep they were hosting. I got 3 boxes of tea, 1 chai tea latte concentrate, and the new Vanilla Latte espresso concentrate (Oregon Cafe). Yum!
Those Halloween labels are so cute!!
I received some P & G samples (Cascade, Gain & Pantene) in the mail. I had played a Purina instant win game for a week and got my wins of free coupons for 4 cans of cat food, 2 cans of dog food and a jug of cat litter. I will donate these to our local shelter 🙂 I also received 2 Wheels on the Bus DVDs and The Croods DVD with plush I won. The plush Belt is so adorable!!
I had won a runner up price on a different blog and received a half dozen mud facial masks and an exfoliating sponge to go with it.
Other than that it was a lot of spam and bills 🙁
I wish I had had a pen pal like you two when I was little. It is obvious that you are all having so much fun.
I received a lot of samples and small wins:Shampoo samples from Fekkai, Pantene, Garnier Frucirts and Clear, Body wash from Lever and Herbal Essences (I am gong to be very CLEAN!), Gain scent booster, Venus Embrace razor, Tums Freshers Spearmint, Snapple Brew Over Ice, Nature Valley protein bar, and a free coupon for 20 oz .Coke.
Well, lucky me–I won a Magic Bullet (at a different blog) and it arrived last week. It also came with a few cans of LIbby’s products. I’ve been really busy canning apples (applesauce, apple butter, apple jelly, and pie filling) and the kitchen is still overflowing with apples, so I haven’t had a chance to break out the Magic Bullet and play around with it yet, but I’m pretty excited about it.
I got the Enjoy shampoo, conditioner and mouse i won from you. Will be trying it this week. Thanks.
For once I actually got something – I received a kid’s backpack from another blog’s giveaway and immediately gave it one of my nieces. I do end up giving away most of the things I win – double happiness all around!
So fun. I traveled near wildwood last fall. I ate the taffy there. ha ha
