The Paperless Kitchen is an online store that we have worked with before. In the past we have featured some of their great green kitchen products and today we are going to take a look at their eco-friendly “green” children’s toys.
If you have never shopped at the Paperless Kitchen you are really missing out! They sell green kitchen products like cleaning tools, cleaning supplies, towels, dinnerware, beverage coasters, steam cleaners and more. What you might not have known is that they also sell eco-friendly children’s toys too!
For our holiday gift guide this year they sent us their Green Toys Chef Set to review for all of you. This children’s Chef Set is made out of 100% recycled plastic which is very durable and will last for years. The product is completely made here in the good old U.S.A.
The Chef Set is made for children ages 2 and up and comes with a stock pot with lid, a frying skillet, a ladle and a spatula. These kitchen accessories are perfectly sized for little toddler hands and will work with any play kitchen set that they may already have. It comes nicely gift boxed so just wrap it up or drop it into a gift bag and you are done!
What is really cool about this set is that it is made out of recycled plastic milk jugs hat have been processed into high-density polyethylene plastic. This is not some flimsy plastic that your kids will bust up in one day. Nope, this is quality stuff! They meet the FDA food contact standards and contain no BPA, PVC, phthalates or external coatings. Your little ones can place “real” food in them and they would be completely safe to do that!
I gave this set to Princess Gia who has a play kitchen at our home and she has one in her own home. She loves playing house and the more play dishes she has, the better! She really loves this set and has been playing with it since receiving it. She loves to whip up something tasty for Nanny & Pappy almost every time she is here. Excellent set!
