Who doesn’t want to burn fat, and tighten up all over? The hard part is finding a workout that is challenging but do-able, affordable, quick enough to fit into a hectic day and motivating. Fitness expert Suzanne Bowen’s newest DVD, “Tighten, Tone and Torch”, hits all those buttons and more. It’s a barre workout without a barre and a cardio workout that never feels punishing.
This DVD includes three 20-minute workouts plus a thorough full body stretch. Light hand weights are recommended.
Bowen’s three 20-minute workout segments are meant to be enjoyed one at a time on busy days and all the way through when time allows.
• Upper Body Sleek – arms and shoulders get chiseled from every angle.
• Lower Body Lean – hips on down are challenged with strength, balance and isometric work.
• Cardio Torch – Cardio intervals including slow and controlled plyometric moves challenge the lower body while boosting the metabolism. A focused ab section goes right for the burn. No weights are used here.
There’s also a quick warm up and a head to toe 12-minute stretch segment that is delicious after any of these segments or even on its own.

You need weights to use with the video,cardio is in intervals,and the end of the workout has an abs sequence and a stretch.
i learned that they workouts are only 20 mins long and that is about as long as I would ever want them to be.
