SYNOPSIS: All aboard as Thomas and his engine friends embark on exciting adventures with some new furry friends! Percy learns to be gentle when meeting some small forest friends and Thomas goes hog-wild trying to be Really Useful for Farmer Trotter. Henry performs a sweet deed in returning Sodor’s special songbird and Thomas must fulfill a tall order when he is asked to deliver the newest animal to Sodor’s Wildlife Center . The engines are busy as bees being Really Useful and helping animals big and small.
Our Thoughts: My grand daughter is 4 1/2 years old and my god son is 6 1/2 years old and both of them love Thomas! This is one show that both of them can agree to watch together! We were just recently on vacation earlier this month and took the Princess to the Cape May Zoo. She is still all hyped up about seeing a wide variety of animals at the zoo so I knew this was the perfect DVD to sit down and watch with her and my god son.
This DVD is fabulous for both little boys & little girls and is quality educational entertainment at it’s best! The story lines are entertaining, the graphics are top-notch and this DVD will definitely keep your little ones entertained for hours! The total run time is 55 minutes and closed captioning is available for the hearing impaired.
The two kids watched this DVD last weekend and were totally glued to my TV. Seriously, they barely budged for an entire hour! I love DVDs like this that entertain, educate and help our children learn valuable life lessons and good manners. With the holidays just around the corner, this would be a great DVD to pick up and tuck away for the holiday season.
