Cardio Core Workout With Dr. Levi: The Art of Fitness DVD

I am so happy to have been able to review a fantastic DVD called “Dr. Levi: The Art of Fitness.” I hardly ever can find a good full body workout that takes a quick amount of time. With Dr. Levi’s Art of Fitness, I found it, and I absolutely loved it! This DVD is an addition to Dr. Levi Harrison MD’s book, The Art of Fitness: A Journey to Self-Enhancement.

The Dr. Levi: The Art of Fitness DVD was wonderful! I could not get bored because it was such an energetic workout. There were a lot of jokes and laughs, but Dr. Levi’s encouragement was definitely what pushed me to keep working out hard. It has a cardio aerobic workout, his bonus prescription for perfect abs, and a core workout. Only equipment needed would be a water bottle, a towel, mat and weights are optional.

Since the workouts were so quick, this DVD had my heart rate pumping within the first minute! The tempo is fast and very fun. I loved the music that went along with the workouts. It made me feel like I wasn’t even working out, just having fun! I started breaking a sweat and breathing hard (in a good way) incredibly quickly! The best thing about this DVD is that it is about how hard you want to work. There are levels you can do, which Dr. Levi and his assistants show, from high-impact, moderate, and low-impact, which makes this DVD great for anyone and everyone.

Dr. Levi Harrison MD is a physician/Orthopedics surgeon and fitness expert. He earned his Medical degree at UC Davis, School of Medicine and completed fellowship at the internationally renowned Indiana Hand Center in Indianapolis. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency in Los Angeles where he now resides and sees patients. In addition to being a marathon runner, sports enthusiast, fitness expert, motivational speaker and philanthropist, Dr. Levi has contributed to numerous magazines and newspapers and has his own weekly radio show on LATalkLive.com, The Dr. Levi Show.

Dr. Levi’s words, “Movement is life. Breathing is life, Fitness is life!” The Art of Fitness book and DVD encompass these principles; to be fit physically, emotionally and spiritually.
